Facilities

Due to the age and design of the building, there is limited (step only) access to the basement and other smaller showrooms and unfortunately we cannot offer toilet facilities for customers.  For those who require wheelchair access, we can provide a portable ramp at the front of the main showroom at pavement level and there are customer seats available inside the showroom. Our staff will be pleased to assist if required.

Parking

There are a number of pay and display parking spaces by the side of the shop in Lebanon Park (within 20 yards of the front door) and across the road in Seymour Gardens (approximately 60 yards).  Blue Badge Holders can park for up to 3 hours on the yellow lines in Lebanon Park, alongside our shop. There is a pelican pedestrian crossing within 15 yards of the front entrance for access from the other side of the road.In the event of an emergency, our staff will assist with your evacuation if necessary.

Should you require further advice please contact our staff to arrange a home visit to locations nearby and within the South West area of London.

Alternative means of Transport

If you are travelling by bus, there is a bus stop on either side of the main road (Richmond Road) within 50 yards of the showroom. Twickenham train station is a 15 minute walk away. Should you require more information regarding accessible taxi services etc., please contact our Office Manager.
