Marble Hill have been installing Gas Balanced Flue fires for many years. We are the largest supplier of Bellfires in the UK. A number of years ago we experienced a large increase in the demand for wood burning stoves. Whilst still very popular some people have found that wood burning is not for them. They do however love the look of their stoves so manufacturers have started to further develop their ranges with gas options. These stoves have the appearance of what you would expect from a stove but without all the additional work.

The gas stoves can be controlled by a hand held remote. They provide instant heat. They do not need any cleaning up after using them. Their heat output is completely controllable which makes them especially suitable for modern homes, even those with under floor heating. With efficiencies approaching 80% these stoves are more than a match for the Balanced Flue Gas Insets you will see on the other sections of our site.

Another feature of using Gas is the consistent flame pattern which is also very realistic.
