We begin by immersing ourselves in your project. Reviewing mood boards, design concepts, architectural plans, finishes, and spatial intent. This phase ensures we understand the creative direction and how the fireplace contributes to your broader design goals, aesthetic preferences, and project constraints

Product Selection
& Design Specification
We guide you through suitable fire types, high end quality materials like Dekton, and bespoke features, refining details to suit both function and form. Marble & sourced from the finest quarries, including Carrara, Calacatta Viola, Arabescato, and Statuario. Metal & custom elements, bespoke metalwork, decorative details, and precision crafted surrounds.

& Initial Feasibility
A tailored quotation and feasibility review is provided at this stage of the journey, ensuring design, budget, and scope align with your wider scheme. Ensuring timelines, budget, and technical scope are aligned from the start

We perform a detailed on site survey for accurate planning and integration. Site conditions, architectural constraints, and structural implications are assessed, to inform accurate planning. We pay special attention to evaluating ventilation, flue placement, fuel types of fires and any necessary pre installation works. Our in house surveyor team will guide you through this process and offer technical support throughout.

Technical Planning & CAD Visualisation
We bring your vision to life during this stage. ensuring full design clarity through scaled technical drawings, CAD visuals, and detailed flue and ventilation plans to support approvals, trade coordination and integration with surrounding architecture.

Project Coordination & Management
We liaise directly with your team, architects, contractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment on timelines, build requirements, and design outcomes. From initial concept to final installation, our dedicated project managers oversee every aspect of your fireplace project, providing full project oversight, while keeping you informed at every stage.

Our experienced in house installation team manage the full installation of the flue system, fire, chimney breast, fireplace surround and chamber interiors. We also consider any structural adjustments required for refined architectural integration. Whether gas, wood burning, or bioethanol, each fire is safely installed by certified professionals.
